Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content and materials provided to Finem Studio. By providing such content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and display it solely for the purpose of completing the project.

4. Intellectual Property

5. Payment and Termination

Payment Terms

Termination by Finem Studio

We reserve the right to terminate your project or access to services if you violate these Terms or fail to fulfill payment obligations.

Termination by Client

If you choose to terminate the project prematurely, you may be charged for work completed up to the termination date.

Finem Studio strives to deliver high-quality services, but we provide the following disclaimers to clarify our responsibilities:

No Warranty

Project Timelines

We work hard to meet deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as client delays in providing necessary materials or force majeure events.
